Responsibilities

  • As our HOA Bookkeeper, you’ll support both homeowners and our internal team by keeping financials accurate, vendors paid, records clean, and communication flowing
  • You’ll process invoices, issue payments, answer homeowner questions, and support the accounting team as needed
  • This role is perfect for someone who’s organized, motivated, and ready to dive into the details that keep HOAs running smoothly
  • Processing and coding vendor invoices
  • Cutting checks and issuing payments
  • Reconciling accounts and maintaining clean financial records
  • Helping homeowners with questions about dues, payments, and the owner portal
  • Updating and managing vendor records
  • Supporting our property managers as needed
  • Stepping in for our accounts receivable clerk when needed
  • General administrative work to keep the office running smoothly
  • Handling monthly bank reconciliations and issuing monthly financial statements
  • Answering questions regarding HOA financials as needed from board members and internal staff

HOA Bookkeeper (Owner Services & Accounting) – $45k-$65k/year DOE | Full-Time | Heber, UT

About the Job

What You Bring to the Team
• Prior accounting or HOA experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Word, and Excel (knowledge of CINC is a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills

• Self‑starter with a good sense of humor
