As an Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for developing new business relationships, managing a pipeline of prospective clients, and providing financing solutions in the equipment leasing space. Your Responsibilities will be:<\/p>\n
Prospect and develop new business opportunities through outbound calls and strategic outreach
\nBuild your own pipeline and maintain your own book of business
\nManage the full sales cycle from prospecting through funding
\nUnderstand customer financing needs and recommend customized equipment finance solutions
\nConsistently meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance metrics
\nCollaborate with Credit and Documentation teams to ensure transactions meet all underwriting and documentation requirements
\nParticipate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and professional development
\nWhat you need to succeed:<\/p>\n
Five years of sales experience preferred
\nTwo years of Business to Business (B2B) sales experience preferred
\nAbility to identify and close new business over the phone
\nProven track record of executing high dollar transactions
\nTop performer attitude, unwavering work ethic, and a desire to succeed
\nExcellent collaboration and negotiation skills
\nSuperior communication skills, both written and verbal
\nCoachable mindset and motivation to implement feedback
\nMaintain a competitive, yet team oriented attitude
