Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n

  • Supervise front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest services<\/li>\n
  • Lead and motivate the front desk team to provide exceptional customer service<\/li>\n
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests in a professional and efficient manner<\/li>\n
  • Train and onboard new front desk staff members<\/li>\n
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of guest reservations and billing information<\/li>\n
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve guest issues and enhance guest experiences<\/li>\n
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area<\/li>\n

    • Prior cash handling experience necessary<\/li>\n
    • High School graduate or G.E.D. equivalent<\/li>\n
    • Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members<\/li>\n
    • Read, write and speak English fluently<\/li>\n
    • Six months Front Desk experience<\/li>\n
    • Strong computer skills<\/li>\n
    • Flexible schedule including nights and weekends<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
