readers throughout the Heber Valley.<\/p>\n<p>As an advertising sales representative, you will build relationships with local business owners, introduce them to advertising opportunities in Heber Valley Life, and help develop advertising partnerships that benefit both the business and the magazine.<\/p>\n<p>This is a part-time, commission-based opportunity that works well for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and being active in the local business community.<\/p>\n<h2>Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Visit local businesses throughout the Heber Valley to introduce Heber Valley Life and its advertising opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Identify and develop relationships with potential advertisers<\/li>\n<li>Contact local business owners and decision-makers to discuss their advertising needs<\/li>\n<li>Present advertising options and explain the benefits of reaching the Heber Valley Life audience<\/li>\n<li>Follow up with prospective and existing advertisers<\/li>\n<li>Maintain positive, long-term relationships with advertising clients<\/li>\n<li>Meet with businesses in person and represent Heber Valley Life professionally<\/li>\n<li>Help advertisers select opportunities that fit their goals and budgets<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with the Heber Valley Life team to ensure advertising information and materials are accurate and submitted on time<\/li>\n<li>Keep track of prospects, leads, follow-ups, and advertising commitments<\/li>\n<li>Stay informed about local businesses<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Requirements<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous sales, advertising, marketing, or customer service experience is preferred but not required<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable approaching and speaking with local business owners<\/li>\n<li>Friendly, professional, and outgoing personality<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated and able to work independently<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational and follow-up skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to build and maintain professional relationships<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with the Heber Valley business community is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in English<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage a flexible, part-time schedule<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Compensation<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Commission-based compensation<\/li>\n<li>Flexible, part-time
