WHAT YOU’LL DO<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Build across the trades \u2014 metal siding and trim, window installation, flashing, finish work, and MEP rough-in \u2014 through our wall, floor, and roof panels and our bathroom and mechanical pods.
\n– Work the metal \u2014 cut, bend on a brake, form, and fit siding and trim to a clean, tight standard.<\/p>\n

– Set windows square and sealed, and build out bathroom and mechanical pods to a finished standard.
\n– See what\u2019s off before it moves down the line \u2014 flag anything that won\u2019t pass a gate, and dig into why.
\n– Take rework in stride \u2014 when a part needs to be remade, you make it right without losing your cool or your pace.<\/p>\n

– Follow our work instructions, and help make them simpler, cleaner, and better.<\/p>\n

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Real hands-on skill across the trades.<\/p>\n

– Strong in several of metal and sheet-metal work, siding, windows, flashing, finish, or MEP rough-in \u2014 and ready to round out the rest.
\n– A curious, sharp eye. You can look at a job and tell when something just isn\u2019t right \u2014 and you don\u2019t let it slide.
\n– Flexible and even-keeled. Rework doesn\u2019t rattle you. Getting it right does.
\n– Accountable. You own your work \u2014 the wins and the misses \u2014 and you can be trusted to carry a station on your own.
\n– Comfortable with standardization, repeatability, and radical simplicity. The best work is rarely the most complicated.
\n– Someone who sees this as a craft to master \u2014 not just a paycheck.<\/p>\n
