    Responsibilities<\/h4>\n

    • The Receptionist is responsible for facilitating resident and guest enjoyment by providing information and assistance in response to a wide variety of requests<\/li>\n
    • Provide exceptional customer service<\/li>\n
    • Answer telephones, direct calls to appropriate individuals in a timely, clear, concise, and professional manner<\/li>\n
    • Monitor the Emergency Alert System and immediately respond to every call<\/li>\n
    • Effectively manage business center and process incoming and outgoing mail<\/li>\n
    • Maintain a safe and secure environment, follow established safety standards<\/li>\n
    • Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments<\/li>\n
    • Keep front lobby area and front desk clean and organized; etc<\/li>\n
    • Direct emergency personnel to emergency location and be contact person in case of emergency<\/li>\n
    • Document in the logbook any significant incidents<\/li>\n
    • Maintain visitor sign in\/out book, reservation book for guest rooms, and completes maintenance work orders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
