We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order within our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. This position requires a strong commitment to high standards of cleanliness, as well as the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Duties

– Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing various areas.

– Maintain cleanliness in guest rooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas.

– Handle floor care responsibilities such as stripping, waxing, and polishing floors.

– Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly stored.

– Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.

– Assist with laundry services as needed, ensuring linens are clean and well-presented.

– Uphold the highest standards of hospitality by providing excellent service to guests.

– Participate in special cleaning projects or deep cleaning tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

– Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred but not required.

– Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is advantageous.

– Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established cleaning protocols.

– Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

– A background in hospitality or hotel environments is a plus.

– Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.

– Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift moderate weights.
