At Onset Financial, we find all of our clients through cold-calling and inside sales. As a National Account Executive, you arrive ready for a fast-paced, action-packed day where your hard work is appreciated. Within a phone-based sales environment, you eagerly reach out through cold-calls using your charm and charisma to find long-term and loyal clients. Through the power of our remarkable products and services, you come to their rescue and solve their leasing needs.
As you close sales, you always remember to build relationships with clients to make them feel valued and understood. You are a sales professional who finds great satisfaction in seeing your hard work pay off in your paycheck. And we are committed to paying out big commissions!

The typical schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. Because we’re putting our employee health and safety first with socially distanced office cubicles and mandatory temperature checks, this position will work in-office.
