Redmond Heritage Farm Store is looking for an enthusiastic team member who enjoys building relationships with customers and teammates while helping people access thoughtfully sourced, carefully crafted food and household products. Job Duties
- Operate the cash register and process transactions
- Receive and check in deliveries and packages
- Stock and merchandise products throughout the store
- Assist with milk, meat (refrigerated and frozen item) deliveries
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization
- Participate in Kaizone and culture meetings
- Support daily store operations as needed
Knowledge and Skills
- Ability to obtain a Food Handler’s Permit.
- Ability to safely lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs. as part of regular job duties.
- Ability to work in refrigerated and cold-temperature environments.
- Friendly and service-oriented attitude
- Quick learner who works well independently and with a team
- Organized and reliable
- Interest in quality food and intentional sourcing
- Self-motivated and resourceful
