  • Medications reminders as noted on the care plan
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for individuals
  • Document care provided and report any changes in condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals

Qualifications:
– Previous experience working with children and/or adults in a caregiving role is preferred
– Knowledge of DME (Durable Medical Equipment) and sterile processing procedures is a plus
