– Provide direct care and support to individuals in need, including children and adults
– Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
– Medications reminders as noted on the care plan
– Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals
– Maintain a safe and clean environment for individuals
– Document care provided and report any changes in condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals
Qualifications:
– Previous experience working with children and/or adults in a caregiving role is preferred
– Knowledge of DME (Durable Medical Equipment) and sterile processing procedures is a plus
