Picabo Street Academy has an exciting full-time opportunity to join the program as a Lead Success Coach/Teacher. This position entails working with adolescents, every day. You will be guiding, instructing, leading, supporting, teaching, and assisting students in their individualized and customized academic journey. Job expectations include, assisting students in their learning, and often teaching concepts to support student learning, as well as positivity, and intensely effective communication. If you are a teacher, or a person passionate about learning, and have a particular acumen towards working with young, driven student athletes; please apply! A specific work history teaching English, Language Arts, writing skills, social sciences, etc…. is a plus, as is Spanish or French speaking. This position requires a strong person and a strong leader who is calm, confident, and capable in working with students. The right candidate will believe deeply in blended learning, student-centric decisions, and enjoys holding students accountable and supporting students to reach goals, values, and dreams. This position has intense growth potential; this is an owner operated business. We are looking for a career-oriented teacher/success coach who is ready to accept a challenge, and ready to own their growth.
