Ritual Chocolate is a bean to bar chocolate company, currently hiring for help with chocolate production and various other tasks. This is a fun, low stress job, where you can put on headphones and make chocolate. This position is full time and will be from Monday through Thursday for 10 hours per day. We are looking for people who are willing to learn more about the chocolate process and work hard. This position will require some knowledge of scaling ingredients, operating machinery, and safe food handling procedures.
We work on a Monday-Thursday schedule year-round

Prior kitchen experience is a requirement
Chocolate experience is a bonus but not a requirement
Being able to lift 50+ pounds repetitively is a requirement!!!
Applicant must have a Utah Food Handlers Permit
This position starts at $15/hour

Here at Ritual Chocolate we produce small batch, bean-to-bar chocolate using classic European methods and premium cacao from select sources. Founded in 2010 by Robbie Stout and Anna Davies, our mission is to produce exceptional quality chocolate while celebrating the complexity of the cacao bean.
At our small chocolate factory in Park City, Utah we are involved with the entire process because we want to ensure our values for the highest achievable quality are present every step of the way. We source some of the highest quality cacao in the world to make our chocolate. With no added flavors, our chocolate is an authentic expression of the flavor unique to each origin.
